Our engineers are Mimaki-qualified and certified to install and train customers on Mimaki printing equipment. On-site training is provided as part of the installation process, covering day-to-day operation, routine maintenance and the supplied RIP and software where applicable.
We also provide ongoing technical support following installation, helping customers with printer operation, maintenance, RIP software and general troubleshooting.
