All hardware includes a full manufacturer’s warranty, effective from installation day. We don’t disappear afterward - we’re on hand to log issues, liaise with manufacturers, and help you get back on track fast.

Granthams GT offers different levels of computer support ranging from full on-site warranty to telephone support options with a much reduced callout charge if the problem needs an onsite visit.
We also offer a service whereby we can remotely login to your computer via the internet and attempt to resolve any technical issues you may have.
SERVER & BACKUP
We know how important your data is, we can implement Windows or Mac server systems and recommend and install suitable backup solutions. Be it physical on-site or cloud backup.

Reliable Qualified engineers offering on-site technical support, servicing and repair for large-format HP Latex, Mimaki and Roland equipment across Mainland UK.

TRAINING
Granthams GT are able to offer a wide range of training both on-site and at our Preston showrooms. Training is on a 'one to one' basis and can be adapted for all levels of knowledge.
RIPS & PROFILING
We have expert knowledge of software RIP systems such as Onyx, ColorGATE, Flexi, SignLAB, VersaWorks and Rasterlink Pro and are able to offer additional training and telephone support options.
