Roland TrueVIS MG2 Series

The Roland MG2 Series offers advanced UV Print & Cut solutions crafted for premium textures and versatile printing needs. Positioned as a direct evolution from the original MG series, this new lineup is designed to meet rigorous market demands for efficiency, automated production, and lowered running costs.

Built on the foundational technology of its predecessor, the MG2 features a larger 1.33-inch printhead allowing for significantly faster production. For instance, the MG2-640 produces 2-layer graphics (CMYK > Wh) at 3.7 m²/h compared to the older MG-640's 1.6 m²/h. Running costs are dramatically lowered by moving from 500ml ink cartridges to high-capacity 1,000ml ink pouches. It also introduces a multi-sensor for automatic media adjustment, a cap-top shutter, and an upgraded cloth wiper system.
