We supply all new Mimaki printers with a full set of ink, the latest applicable RasterLink RIP software, floor stand and automatic take-up unit.
All new Mimaki equipment purchased from Granthams GT is covered by an official on-site GOLD warranty (parts and labour), supported by Mimaki and Hybrid Services. Equipment is delivered by Hybrid Services in advance of the scheduled on-site installation.
Our engineers are Mimaki-qualified and certified to install and train customers on Mimaki printing equipment. On-site training is provided as part of the installation process, covering day-to-day operation, routine maintenance and the supplied RIP and software.
We also provide ongoing technical support following installation, helping customers with printer operation, maintenance, RIP software and general troubleshooting.
