The VeloBlade Volta digital cutting tables range is available in 2mm and up to 10mm cut depths. Integrated with meticulous cutting, creasing and perforating tools, the VeloBlade Volta enables you to cut any shape or structure directly from your designs, in just one pass.
Printed and laminated sheets are held securely in place using the high-quality vacuum grip conveyor belt. Once cut, sheets are automatically stacked from the vacuum grip conveyor onto the collection tray.
Automated Sheetfed & Roll-Fed Production A set of gantry-mounted vacuum clamps operate together with air separation jets. Stack up to 150mm of paper to feed automatically into the VeloBlade Volta this is then read by the Industrial CCD registration camera, allowing for unattended production.
Inclusive ZipCore Software In-built user-friendly ZipCore Software is feature-rich and gives you complete control over your system. Even down to specifying 0.01mm cut depth alterations! You rest assured that your VeloBlade Volta will operate seamlessly.
The Freedom to Create Intricate and accurate cutting, creasing and perforating give you the ability to create endless amounts of excitingly unique products. Working seamlessly with well-known design packages such as Adobe Illustrator, VeloBlade Volta will fit comfortably within your workflow.
Automatic Cut Depth Setting The VeloBlade Volta offers an auto-depth function, a fully automated initialisation system. Manual adjustments for determining proper cutting depths are no longer necessary enabling a quick and precise automatic cutting depth set-up. ZipCore software will give you the cleanest of finishes and ensure the quality of the cutting bed is protected and reserved.
